TIPS TO PERSUADE PARENTS TO ALLOW YOU TO TAKE UP SOMETHING,
-First tell them what you wanna learn (of course dont' go tell them you wanna like learn biking when you're 14 and you're a girl lah) must choose something that is reasonable.
-Secondly, tell them that this is if you can find a time that is suitable, so that it won't affect any tuitions lah, piano lah, ccas lah, or anything lah. so must find free time.
phrase to use: that's if i can find a time slot that won't clash with my other stuff lah.
-Thirdly, tell them the time frame for the lessons or what. so for example, for june hols, you can say that you'll try to only take one month's course (during hols) so when school re-opens, it won't affect school work. ( HAHA BULLSHIT.)
-Fourthly, tell them that cause you're interested and you're hoping that you can try all these different things that we dont' normally learn, at least ONCE IN YOUR LIFE. so that next time when people ask you if you've tried that before, you won't be mahlu. haha.
phrase to use: aiyah, i wanna try ____(thing that you wanna try) at least once right? next time my children ask me if i've tried before, then i say no, so mahlu!

THESE FOUR STEPS WORK WONDERS PLEASE, WELL, IT WORKED ON MY DAD. SERIOUS ;D so pleased with myself. haha
